Delivery
Orders over £40 are entitled to FREE delivery, otherwise shipping within the UK is £4.50 second class, signed for by Royal Mail. We aim to post all orders within 3 working days, if you have a query about your order please email designerhomefragrances@gmail.com.

Returns
We hope you will love your fragranced granules, oils, warmers and diffusers, however, if you are not satisfied you may return your order within 14 days of making the purchase by emailing . designerhomefragrances@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

You are responsible for packaging and paying for shipping costs for your return, please ensure all products are packaged appropriately. If the product is found to be faulty Designer Home Fragrances will refund the postage paid for the return. have any issues with your order please email designerhomefragrances@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

To complete a refund we require your order number or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase we can not issue a refund.
